That's why I use Google.
Here's what I found when using that search engine:

I can't find anything specific about it either after going through pages of google hits. Best I can tell is it isn't malicious and has something to do with internal polling of hardware devices and/or software programs for statistical or functional purposes.
Hopefully others may have a better idea.

Review
MrvlUsgTracking is developed by Marvell and is used by 9234 users of Software Informer. The most popular version of this product among our users is 1.0. The name of the program executable file is YahooMessenger.exe. The product will soon be reviewed by our informers.
Funny thing, I don't have YahooMessager installed.
I also went to the manufacture website and I don't have any of their products installed either.
I'm going to uninstall, and I will report back with my finding.
Will update soon

Keylogger can track activities on the computer, I used Micro Keylogger which can monitor and control the activities on the computer. But I bought it in its official website, safe and reliable. Commonly, this kind of keyloggers can't not be installed without the admin password. don't worry.
