Is it possible...for a WHOLE Scan
Do a whole Virus (complete scan) on your system...and have a virus not even be found or detected by it? I mean, completely pass it by, unnoticed?

Happens all the time. Not a single scanner is 100 percent perfect (although some are certainly better than others and even the best can miss sometimes)
That's why we always suggest running multiple scans with different scanners to be sure.
VirtualDr email notices are not working.

Normal for that to happen.
It is from the way they are written. One person says this is the threat and adds it, another figures it is not a threat and leaves it out.
Best bet, get several opinions.
