I believe the board is a rebadged PC Chips M745 (ugh!). You may have better luck finding the manual for that, though I couldn't find anything with a quick Google.

Amptron has let it's web page lapse. What I have figured out besides that is PIII-3755LMR is identical to PC chips M754LMR. This hasn't helped me out much YET but I'm hopin.

The pins on the mobo should be labeled like HDD and PWS etc and your case should have a matching cable.
Are yours Not labeled?
If you're happy and you know it......it's your meds.

Hum, I download to a folder, R-click the zip file[ 754s13eb.zip] and selected Extract all, followed the prompts and got 754s13E-b.doc which I opened in Word.

Try Windows own Zip file extraction. Select the file in Windows Explorer and click "Extract all files".

Tested download from US server from above link.
No issues encountered with download and using WinRAR for extraction.
Cheers.

Yes, it's a normal .zip, I downloaded it before posting and read its contents under XP without even needing to unzip it, just viewing it as a zipped folder.
