    Arrow Missing keystrokes and gap in music every 20 seconds

    Hi!
    My laptop (only 9 months old) has started missing keystrokes about every 20 seconds. Also, when I'm listening to Pandora, the music makes this weird digitized sound at the same interval. It's almost like a bad spot in a tape, but I have no idea why this would happen in connection with missing keystrokes. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks!

    Does it do the same thing if you boot into Safe Mode? Those could be symptoms of malware.
