What is the product number on the bottom of this laptop? It should be some combination of numbers in a row of 4 plus a row of 3 letters.

Those numbers don't even come up in Lenovo's site. See the link below and it will show you what numbers/letters you need to find to enter for downloads.

That Lenovo site is the most insane, hard to navigate site I have ever seen.
To the OP ... please post a good quality Picture of the Bottom of the
Laptop showing the IBM / Lenovo Labels ... This is the only way we will
be able to properly identify which drivers you need.

Support for the Lenovo Sunrise 410L cannot be found on the IBM support page. It is not Thinkpad related. In order to download the drivers you need to use the Lenovo Chinese page. If you can find a Chinese person to help you or you speak Chinese go there. If not put up a new post and we can figure out how to get the drivers to you. I have this same notebook and I have all the drivers for it.

If any of you people need the drivers for th e lenovo sunrise 410l I could probably email you people the drivers it took a very long time but I had to change the proxy to Chinese because the drivers are on the Chinese page of the lenovo support I don't exactly have the link memorized but i can get the drivers.

You can't upload anything as attachments now. You don't have that privilege.

nnaben, you can send medemi68 a PM with your email, but putting your email out in the open forum for anyone to see or use, is a bad thing.
