Can't connect with Acer laptop

Acer Aspire 1 Laptop.

Everything appears to be fine with the wireless connection, 'Connected! Signal Strength Excellent' (5 bars) - but it won't load any pages. (Error loading Page or Connection Timeout)

The LAN connection says the same thing, 'Connected, Firewalled' but it can't display pages either.

Anyone?

So you tried connecting via wire and wireless to the same router?

Do you have any firewall software like Zonealarm? If so, try disabling that.

Get the ipconfig info and post it back here.

from command prompt:
ipconfig /all

or you can create a text file
ipconfig /all > ipconfig.txt

Yes. Wireless and wire say ok - bu they don't display pages.

No firewall, not even Windows.

I'm not on site anymore and I set the lady up with something that does work with the same modem - so I'm out of it for now and at least I discovered it's not the modem.
