[Pro] Copying the hard disk content to another?

Hello, I am running out of space on my 20gb hard disk and was wondering if there is an easy way to copy all data (including os/system) from one drive to another? I used to do this with Win98 using xcopy /c/h/e/k. It would save me time from reinstalling the os, all apps, databases on a new drive.

Really need a cloning software like Acronis True Image or Norton Ghost...Your new drive might come with software to do the cloning...
