Taskbar and Start Menu Opacity Settings
I'm using Vista Home Premium. How do you adjust the taskbar and start menu opacity. When a web page is open, they are at 100%. When the desktop is just showing, they are around 80%. I don't recall making any changes to these 2...maybe that's the way Vista is. I would prefer them darker when the desktop is showing...a little easier to read. I do know how to change the opacity of the gadgets which is cool.
Thanks!

Right-click the desktop and choose Personalize, then "Window colour and appearance". You'll find a few sliders in there to mess with - "Colour intensity" is the one that affects opacity.

Click "Show colour mixer" and you'll see more.
