    Interesting. I have no shellex key in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Controls Folder\PowerCfg
    But then again I have no problem opening Power Options from Control Panel.

    I think this is generally only an issue if you have third party power management software.
