MSN Explorer Browser
I am using Windows XP and can't seem to Launch msn explorer browser.
Is it no longer free? I wish to use it sometimes. Thanks for any info

sheprd--I do not use it. It looks like you need at least a MS Live ID account (formerly Password) and perhaps there is a subscription involved

Hotmail is no longer free when used in conjunction with OE or Outlook. (But that is old news.)

(Note also the reference to an annual fee for MSN Explorer Premium.)
MSN Explorer is only a shell on top of IE, so except for the graphics, you are not missing much.

sheprd--Thanks for posting back. I never used MSN Explorer Browser since it did not seem to add much if anything.
