[RESOLVED] Can not use outlook
Can not get outlook to send e mail , Called Comcast, spent 45 minutes on the phone, worked through all the setup...still won't send. I Hit send, and a dial up connection box pops up. The tech thinks it may have to do with us having a wired network, but I done see how that could be. The tech said it should work, if not its on you .

What happens/doesn't happen when you try to send? Getting any error messages?
Is Comcast your Home ISP and are you at Home when trying to send?
If you're happy and you know it......it's your meds.

Can you describe your home network (your Internet Access)? What version of Outlook are you using?
The only barrier to knowledge is the perception that you already have it.

Huh?
Check your connection type setup within the mail account.
Last I heard, Comcast doesn't offer dial-up.

If a dial-up connection box is appearing, you should set the Internet options to "Never dial a connection".
