inspiron 1150 help
does anyone know of any tutorials for greasing and cleaning my 1150. I find that if i remove the battery, my laptop doesn't overheat and shut off, but this really isn't practical since i move my laptop around the house not necessarily taking the power cord with me.
I would really appreciate and i liked the decrap program!

thanx bunches..i have been so fed up with this laptop. I find tho, the heating problem i have isn't such an issue when I pull the battery.

I am not sure but Dell was having problems with the battery on certain laptops. It would explode. I'm not sure it's this laptop that it happened on though. I didn't see your model specifically as a problem, but it lists the battery model numbers also, so you might want to check to see if your battery is in the list:
