Outlook 6 & WMP 10
I have WMP 10 installed on system and it seems to be running ok. When I get mail through OUtlook 6 and it has a picture or movie attach to it when I go to open or run the program I get an error message, "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action create an association in the folder Option control panel, the association is there but the files will not run.

What type of file is it? (example: filename.xxx what does the file name say where the x's are?)
If you're happy and you know it......it's your meds.

video.wmv is one example. jpg, pcx and mpeg extions.

If you save the file to your hard drive and then open it, does the problem go away?

yes the file can be opened. Must I do this all the time
