Download Everest Home (In my sig) and run it, click Computer|Sensor, and copy the info back here.

There is one thing quite strange. The 12 V leg in Everest Software shows 1.86V while in BIOS the same shows as 11.86V. Is something wrong with any of these readings.

The 1.86V reading is incorrect. If it were that low then the system would not run.
However, the 3.18V reading is getting close to the 3.14 minimum allowable voltage, and it may be going below that minimum value when playing the 2 Apache games.
If possible, run either of those 2 games in a reduced screen setting with Everest also running in a reduced screen, and monitor the 3.3V reading while playing the game.

Just forget another thing, Ski. Last time when I had problem, the computer used to simply shut down. This time, it rather restarted. Any difference...or the same cause of low voltages can also restart the system.

I'm not ski but the low voltages can also cause just a restart.

Well I did the experiment, and I was watching the voltages. One thing I noticed that the game doesnt restart the computer randomly. It happens, while I have to switch over to desktop or other windows while the game is loaded, by pressing the Keys Alt+Tab. I played the game without pressing these keys combination. Nothing happened and I was able to play around for 5 minutes before I quit the experiment, but each time I press Alt+Tab (while game graphics are fully loaded, this combination just restarts the computer. Seems quite weird.
Anyway these are the voltages during game loaded.

And I was able to play both games without any crash or restart, if I didnt press the keys combination Alt+Tab. Seems like, this key combination in these games behaves in such a way, that it restarts the system. Seems like the mystery is almost solved. Anyway thanks to everyone for valuable suggestions. I admire you guys are always there to help me when my computer is in trouble.

    You're welcome.

I'm assuming that the 1.73V reading is really 11.73V.
If so, then all readings look ok.

It appears that the restarting is a software issue, and if not switching to the Desktop prevents it, then congrats - you've solved the restart problem.

i found the Solution !!!!! Very Easy One!

it is the Bios SETUP! YES!
in section "PC Health" you will find option for temperature warning. this makes your pc shuts down instead of giving you a warning. Raise the warning temp or Disable this option.
    that is it!!!

ah I do believe OP has already found a solution and this thread is three years old. Please watch thread dates.

    Disable this option
That would be stupid thing to do. Do not tell others to turn off the warning a motherboard would give for high temps. It could fry the cpu.

oops. i did not notice the date. sorry.

    about the temperature,
i do not believe the cpu will fry, you still have the fan fail warning options on.
the problem is that sometimes the CPU gets heated to 61 or 62 degrees and the CPU warning is set to 60 and that causes the shutdown.

WATCH the upper temp limit of the cpu. Some of them are now down to 62 degrees.
And if the limit is set to 60, DO NOT change it.
