No I think I must be missing something.

If I try that link in either FF or IE it starts loading a page and then starts re-loading and re-loading like it's in an eternal redirect to itself or something.

I get to see this much just flashing like crazy hence my comments:

Ah!........probably one of your security applications blocking images, links or something on the page.I get this sometimes if Ive got Proximatron enabled.
This said the link contents dont seem to have anything to do with the windows ME applications it purports is available but is a link to a http://www.gamespot.com game site.

The link Nix posted at first sent me to a page that in short crashes my browser eventually because of a superfast refresh, so i edited out the link in the Sticky, and i added Everest to it.

Yeah, pretty strange... but still not sure what this has to do with the price of tea in China...

I make WinME run faster these days by installing WinXP.

Well, I suppose so... ;-) My first "gig" machine was running WinME ... it's now over at the in-laws in Montana. Still running WinME...

By the by Nix ... I get the same thing you do when I go to that site. Basically it looks to be a hosed up site.
