Saving an image received via email
I want to SAVE a copy of an image I received by email (so that I can enlarge it) but can't quite manage it. Can someone please help me? FWIW ...
The image came as an attachment and is titled "Why?"
I can view it by opening the message using OE. But when I try to "Save As" I do not see any jpg or equivalent picture extentions; just .eml.
My OS is W98.
I have Photosuite III software.
Thanks. .... wdc

wdc--Have you tried saving it as an .eml? It possible that is the file extension that it is. Then, of course, see what you can see by opening the save file.
Another approach, as a work around, open it in OE, click Winkey+PrintScreen and paste that into whatever graphics editor you use (like MSPaint, Irfanview, etc.). You can manipulate it from there, like crop, and then SaveAs a .jpg.

When you right click the image , do you get a save picture as option ?
Or when you click the paper clip icon, do you get a save attachments as ?
