Resolved [RESOLVED] install of new graphics card.

Hello, I bought a new Radeon HD 4670. Went to install it and...... So it did not install good the first time so I uninstalled everything. then I made a mistake. Everything on the desktop was HUGE, so I set the screen resolution to max and then shut down. When I started up again I get a signal on the monitor, Input signal out of range. And of course because I cannot see my screen anymore I am, well stuck. How do I get myself out of this mess. Thanks (I am using my laptop to communicate here)

Boot into safe mode and set the resolution lower. Reboot to Normal mode.

I am in safe mode but I have no idea where to go from here. Where do I find the resolution screen?
