Lost Network Neighborhood from desktop

Could someone please assist me with adding the network neighborhood icon back to the desktop. It has disappeared
much appreciated

Thought I'd just let u know that everyone is fine now... I was actually trying to help someone over the phone. He did not have TweakUI and so I was wondering how he managed to delete this icon. After a reboot, it found it's way back -
