another remote access option?
ive been hearing soem stuff about thhis remote access program called logmein. aparently its competing with the likes of gotomypc and pcanywhere but offering its services for free, according to this article: somethign like this would def help when i need to fix someone's computer!
but before i try it out...what is everyone's else's opinion of logmein?

I'm not familiar with it.
Our consultants have used TightVNC. It's free and works quite well... http://www.tightvnc.com/

I am familiar with LogMeIn and consider it one of my favorite freebies out there. Since it traverses firewalls and does not require port forwarding, you wont have problems accessing through your work's network. Very easy download and userability. Personally consider it an excellent, well made program.
