Network Drive Disappears
We run a Win NT4 server, with 23 win XP clients. A couple of machines have recently had a problem where they log on in the morning and are able to see the server, and open and save files to and from the server. But during the course of the day, the network connection drops and they have to log off and log back on to retrieve the netowrk connection.
All hardware has been checked so it doesn't appear to be faulty network cards or cables or connections. therefore it points at a software issue.
Any ideas please?

The main question I have is what is different between the 2 PCs that don't work compared to the 21 PCs that do work correctly all day?

Nothing. They are both set up exactly the same. They do have a couple of variations regarding the programs installed on them e.g. one has a copy of Dreamweaver and the other has a copy of sage accounts on it, but with the exception of this they are set up exactly the same.
