    A good Computer Magazine

    I used to have a subscription to PC Magazine long ago.......... however the magazine slowly denegrated into trash, half the size, ads everywhere, etc.

    I am looking into a new magazine, preferably one focused on the more adept Pc user and focuses on Pc hardware nd tuning/repair, not just a little bit of everything. PC Modder seems to have caught my eye, but I dont know if this magazine is any good or not.

    Can anyone recommend a good computer mag?

    Don't really know what your expectations are, but you might want to take a look at Smart Computing; a monthly magazine. I enjoy it

    I like PCworld;

    http://www.pcworld.com/

    I subscripted to PCmagazine for a number of years, but they got so they wouldn't review any free software-tried to steer readers to their sponsors stuff and ads-ads-ads. Their reviews got slanted toward the companies who advertised with them.
