    Hi

First update Norton AV and do a full system scan.

Then download, update and run both AD-aware and Spybot S&D.

    Then reboot

Now download HijackThis, unzip it to its own permanent folder not directly on the desktop and not directly on the C drive. then run a scan, save the log and copy and paste it into your next reply.

You can find the above programs in my sig below.

    Hi

You need to put HijackThis in a permanent folder of it own, so backups can be created.

Once that is done you can tick and fix the below entries:

    R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - _{D6DFF6D8-B94B-4720-B730-1C38C7065C3B} - (no file)
    R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - _{6E6DD93E-1FC3-4F43-8AFB-1B7B90C9D3EB} - (no file)
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {08E74C67-99A6-45C7-94DA-A397A8FD8082} - (no file)
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {EA51DF4C-1000-BA1A-501D-3DB576A9E037} - (no file)
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [lkrgcomr] C:\WINDOWS\System32\lkrgcomr.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [vrcuoegl] C:\WINDOWS\stvfmugj.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [PWDKR] C:\WINDOWS\PWDKR.exe
    O16 - DPF: {5D9E4B6D-CD17-4D85-99D4-6A52B394EC3B} (WSDownloader Control) - http://www.webshots.com/samplers/WSDownloader.ocx

    O16 - DPF: {AB29A544-D6B4-4E36-A1F8-D3E34FC7B00A} - http://www.wildtangent.com/install/...iker/wtinst.cab

Then reboot and run another scan, then post it here.

First create a folder called 'HijackThis' in 'My Documents' and then unzip HijackThis in to that folder.

Then run HijackThis scan then tick and fix the entries i suggested above.
