Go to EventID.net and enter the ID code in the search, it will come up with suggestions of what it could be.

I already did, but there is no suggestions for MRxSmb, NetworkX, RasAcd and Rdbss.
All I know is server service won't start because of those drivers.
Thank you.

I'm assuming the event log entry pointed to Service Control Manager. Generally if you have an event, it works best to open it, click on the icon below the up/down arrows (copies it to clipboard) and post the results here. That way we have all the information available.
What started the problem (or happened just before it started)?
This sounds sort of networkish so maybe the NIC or your network load?
You might try removing all the devices (from device manager and then physically) you can while still allowing the server to start up and see if that clears things.
Good if you have a spare to replace the video with a different one as well and a different mouse.

Thanks everybody, I finally made it.
The problem was the server service. Since Windows won't load the drivers, ther server service was unable to start. I rebooted in safe mode, deactivate the service and reboot in normal mode. Once rebooted I reactivated the server service and everything was fine.
