High Color (16 bit) or True Color (32 bit)

Is it better to run your display in High Color (16 bit) or True Color (32 bit) with Windows ME. I have always run in High Color 16 bit on my computers that have ME. Any advantages of one over the other?

The more colors your computer has to display, the slower it will be. Of course the faster your computer, the less noticeable it will be.
