    Question help!!!

    my son has been using my computer and now i have a shortcut on my desktop to megaxxx when i find the target and try to get rid of this program it says i cannot delete it as access is denied.
    it seems to be in C:\WINDOWS\MegaXXX.exe
    can someone help me remove this pleeeze

    restart the pc in safe mode then delete it

    how do i start computer in safe mode. it just starts when i put it on

    If you still can't delete it in Safe Mode, here is an excellent Knowledgebase article on how to delete difficult files or folders:
