photos came out sort of greenish
i have been printing for a month or so using my photo epson 830u no problems, great. today i changed the ink over, colour, from the epson own to jessops, my local store for camera equipment. the ink fitted ok so i printed a picture to test it, i have a batch i need to do so thought i would test it first, good job i did. the picture came out in a very green shade and was a bit streaky. the picture is ok and was taken in the highest quality setting my camera has. the ink had a date on it, june 2003 i think, but i only just saw it as although i bought the ink a few weeks ago, i only opened the box today. i didnt realise they had sell by dates, can that be the problem, and will the shop replace it?
many thakns.

The shop is the only one that can really answer that question.
