Free Midi Conversion Programs???

I've been looking all over the net for a MP3-Midi, Wav-Midi, Anything-Midi program. All I keep getting is Widi Recognition Software 2.7 and I have to pay for the program to be able to save something that I have converted. Can anyone help me out?!?! PLEASE, I'm Desperate!

There are several free midi converter tools out, but I'm afraid you won't be happy with the results after using them, 2 I listed below.

If you're "...Desperate!" then I'd suggest you use something like
IntelliScore, it'll converts WAV to MIDI, MP3 to MIDI, CD to MIDI. Though it's a little pricey.
