Can't See Films But Can Hear Them ???
CAN'T SEE THE FILMS DOWNLOADED FROM iMESH.COM USING WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER BUT I CAN HEAR THEM??? DOES ANYONE KNOWS THE SOLUTION FOR THIS ??? PLS HELP ME !!! thank u

yes, this sounds like a codec problem.
there are many different files with many different extensions and many different compression methods.
as for specifics you'll have to wait for someone to answer as to what type of file and compression the one your trying to open is using.
you could find more innuendo in the hardware forum than I put in that joke in the "lounge"

Hi, odds are quite high that you need the divx codec. It's the most common one used these days and the problem you're having is also a common result of not having it installed.
www.divx.com and download the free, non-adware version. It's not necessary to install their movie player at the same time if given the option.
Let us know how that works.

Just have to agree with fink on the divx codec. There have been several that have come to this site and asked the same question. Once they installed the divx codec, every thing was well for them.

One other thing will cause this, if you have purchased the Sigma Designs Xcard and installed their software. It renames a Windows file causing you to have to rename it back to see the video. Their latest software gives you the option of not doing this.

OK IT LOOkS LIKE a PROBLeM WITH TEH CODECS! SO SEE IF U CAN DOWNLOAD THEM OK??!? IT WILL PROBLY FIX UR PROblEM
