Compare Adobe PhotoDeluxe 4.01 to PhotoShop Elements 2.0
Can anyone fill me in on the differences between these two programs? I take it that PhotoDeluxe is no longer being marketed and maybe PhotoShop Elements is taking over. Is this True? Is one better than the other? ThankX for any helpful answers to this! SKEETF

Apparantly, it happened last July. I don't use either so I can't compare.

Photoshop Elements is much more versatile, but it is more difficult to use till you practice and get used to it. A complete manual is (usually) included on the CD. PhotoDeluxe is quite good, but no longer produced - it may still be included with some scanners, &c. If you do quite a bit of foto work, you're better off with Elements.
