problem getting game to run- help?
We're in the beginning of a blizzard and my kids are home for the day. I'd like to get this game running for them. It's called (Mountain dew) Extreme Boards & Blades by Headgames. It installed fine, but when I start it up I get an Illegal Operation stating this: "XBOARDS caused an invalid page fault in
module XBOARDS.EXE at 0187:0040131d" My system exceeds the minimum requirements to run the game. Does anyone have any ideas of how to get this one up and running? Any help or advice would be highly appreciated.

Go here and download the patch...hopefully, that will solve the problem.

Miz- that patch comes back as "no such file." Is there another link to such a patch? I can't get it to download- it must no longer be there?

Well, the blizzard's over but still no game. Nix- I downloaded and unzipped the file (which turns out to be a Notepad file/configuration) but the program still refuses to run without an illegal operation. Below is the entire details of this problem that persists:XBOARDS caused an invalid page fault in
module XBOARDS.EXE at 0187:0040131d.

Does anyone have further advice or help with this? Can you decipher the illegal operation details?
