Sometimes system freezes at startup and have to re-boot to get started. Checked the Control>Alt>Delete and found a couple of items that I haven't been able to identify. Maybe some of you have an answer as to what they are: Aupdate and Lucomserver. Aupdate appears--by the name--to be some type auto update for perhaps some program but I have not been able to identify what program. I have two different Nortons programs on the PC that have auto update features but nothing that I can see that remotely resembles the word/name. Lucomserver is a total blank for me but the name infers "no good" to me. The PC is clean in that no Trojans, Spyware or Virus is reported after running these checks.
Will appreciate any of your ideas. And, as always, TIA.

YES they are. I thought I had looked most thoroughly for those and could not find them. They are in the Update folder!!
Many thanks for your time; not to mention your help.
