    ATT00022.dat

    i have a user who sends email with an attachment to a particular user. when the recipient gets the mail the attachment is gone and replaced with " ATT00022.dat "
    any ideas???

    Because depending on the client used to send the email......and how it's been set to send and receive..some seperate the stationery from the email message. It was most probably sent in rich text.
