Why do you want to?
If you have never done it before you can create headaches beyond belief!
Many of us have done it thousands of times but this is a LAST RESORT scenario
What exactly is the problem?

I agree with PC. I've done this numerous times and I still encounter problems when I do a reformat/reinstall.
There's plenty of people on here that probably help you out with the problems you're having.

Go For IT..
create yourself a Windows 95 boot floppy...
...nah just messing, if its just unwanted files why not, erm, delete them ??
If you seriously want to do this, make sure you have a Good CD, Boot floppy with support for your CD-Rom.
after booting up from floppy
D: <return>
DIR <return>
if you can access the CD your laughing. If not dont go on.
a:
format C: /s
bye bye HD..go to the d drive and run setup.
come back in a few days when finished.
I'm bald, but I still have a hairline fracture !!

If you are determined to start clean, here is a step by step to follow: Windows 95 Installation .
As has been said, make sure you have the installation disk or CD's for all of the programs you want.
