    Fatal Exception IFSMGR(04)

    I receive the following error when I exit Control Panel:

    Fatal exception OE occurred at 0028:C0283C69 in VXD IFSMGR(04) + 0000D4F1

    I recently installed McAfee Clinic and have had this problem ever since. Can't figure this one out, any help would be appreciated.
