Hmmmmm. Script Kiddie comes to mind. A particularly clueless one at that, the only "undetectable" spyware would be one that never communicates with anything Clearly he's never heard of a packet sniffer before.

And he appears to be a fellow countryman of mine, I'm sad to say. But the good thing about that is that if he ever does get caught writing spyware, he can go to prison for it over here.
