Go Start>Run (Start search in Vista), type in:
    cmd
Click OK (in Vista, hold CTRL, and SHIFT, hit Enter).

    At Command Prompt, type in:
    sc stop "Zwangi Service"
    Hit Enter.
Wait for the service to be stopped.

    Type in:
    sc delete "Zwangi Service"
    Hit Enter.
    Wait for confirmation.

    Restart computer.

    Open Windows Explorer, and delete:
    - Zwangi folder from D:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data, and D:\Program Files
