I have the HP w2207 lcd monitor and I wouldn't trade it for anything ... I LOVE IT ... I do alot of graphics and every detail on this monitor is bang on .... I was never impressed with the matte finish lcd monitors, the colours always seemed to look washed out and the detail just didn't seem to be there .... when I saw the HP w2207 I was immediately sold .... detail is very important to me, and this monitor delivers everything ....

Mesa Boogie, thanks for your review of the monitor. I think you got me sold. One question. This monitor has built-in speakers. I have a good set of speakers on my system. Can the speakers on the monitor be disabled so I can use my own speakers?

No need to disable the monitor speakers on most systems, just don't plug in the audio cable.

I have the nvidia geforce fx 5200 ultra video card. This HP w2207h monitor does not have dvi input? It says it only have HDMI input. My video card does not have a HDMI port. Does this mean I can't use this monitor with my video card?
