This almost sounds like two different issues.... Do you lose Internet Connection when you leave the computer idle for an hour or two?

Look in this folder:
C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS
In theory, it should always be EMPTY unless you print something. Let us know what you find.

Looks like you need to make New shortcuts for your desktop.... The second picture URL line should look like:
https://www.walmart.com/
So, go to Walmarts/Amazon's website and drag the URL line...

I learned this a while back...It's pretty cool unless someone on the other end knows it to. They can remove the + INFO and sell the original..... Unless the addresses are gathered by computer.

The good news, as you know, is that the files are invisible to ALL users unless you use an app like Recuva.
And for a period of time, the files can be recovered. Think of it as a safety net.
