Really like the tab pin feature and home page features in Edge. Very quick browser even without an ad blocker.

Haven't seen that on my win7 pc. Use it only for media purposes (no streaming) so it is not connected to the network or the internet for now. Disconnected it when I first saw this type of information.

The download tool is the way to go. It will download win 10 automatically during the upgrade process. I used it to upgrade my win 8.1 pro pc; took about an hour, although that was probably due to SSD

It allows me to hide the current drivers from windows update; and use older drivers that work fine. If you don't hide them windows 10 will automatically install them.
