My experience with IE7..."cannot display web page"....is that it goes to the url 9 out of 10 times when I refresh the page.
Definitely an annoyer.

check for the address book in your C drive/Programs/Outlook Express. It has a wab extension (wab.exe).

What version of Windows are you using and what version of Internet Explorer are you using?
When you got to 'file types' in folder options did you scroll down to see if there was already an 'RDF' ?...

You could go into Win Explorer/ Tools/Folder options and change the association to one of your choice.....in mine, WXPPro....FireFox is recommended.

.... make sure 'disable script debugging IE' is checked
and the one you don't have is probably an IE7 difference.

I would just leave the resident TeaTimer disabled.

Since the board upgrade and the 'new posts' behavior change, I mark all forums read upon exiting VDr. When entering next time the actual new posts appear and that is all.
