cebb, you forgot one major advantage to BeOS, it can read many different types of file systems. FAT16/32, NTFS, ext2(Linux), HTFS (Mac's). And ofcourse many more.

Ok I assume Vernon is right that it doesn't actually have a BIOS/CMOS, as I haven't worked on computers that old, or seen them for that matter I can't be certain.

You need to FDisk it back to FAT32 first.
Stick in your Win9x/Me boot disk and type fdisk delete all partitions. Then create a primary partition. And as many secondary partitions as you need....
