Here is a great free firewall does just about everything for free works good ,i use it to limit my daughters computer time and to filter bad web sites, and it passes all security test's. Thumbs up :)...

Stop spyware b4 it gets onto your system= use a little program called=( Spyware Blaster), No Spyware included in this program either as is the same with ANY post I make also.

These are useful ways to controll your startup list instead of mscomfig.
the first one lets you access and turn on or off programs etc..
The second will alert you if something trys to apply itself...
