its the bios. either updated or corrupt. needs a flash or else a new motherboard.
sometimes its the ram. try a new one even if it works elsewhere, aswell as the processor both cause this problem...

The fix for that problem is the RAM (memory)
You'll need to remove your ram and make it 2GB or under, I'd suggest 1GB
if this doesn't work than this will def fix it.
