Are you running a wireless software utility, or using windows to configure the wireless? I'm guessing that the techs gave you the security settings if needed.

If I read that correctly, & all 4 port lights are on & the power light is blinking, then the router is the issue, weather it needs to be reset or it's something else, that's where the problem lies....

Have seen proven results that Belarc can "lie", don't rely on it 100%. I also agree with Linda, as well as going to the GRC site & testing there. No one program will do it all

I guess the difference is you have an "external" device opposed to a PCI dual NIC. Never fooled with one of those, hope it works out well for you :)
