I just made a change in Notepad plus so I tried it one last time. Still no go, so here is the attached file. At least it's small - 202 lines. This did serve a purpose for me, well Several purposes...

I've always had .txt files set as type ANSI. But when I went to Save As on one of the logs, notepad had file type as UTF-8. I changed it to
