    Off the top of my head, I don't know any software that will remove the scan lines from video taken with a camera. Even with my DSLRs won't do that when I shoot the tv screen the scan lines are still...

    I don't think there is any way to remove the scan...

    I don't think there is any way to remove the scan lines from when taking a photo of an older CRT monitor. But you might try www.videohelp.com as they know more about video than we do.
