No problem with HD space. The issue is that, as new restore points keep on being made in the background, the one very good restore point which I wish to retain forever, gets eventually overwritten. ...

How can i stop vista 64 from making further restore points? I used the triggers in Task scheduler to restrict this to once a month, but vista contnues to make restore points with every software...

The internal hard drive is set as the boot device in Bios, but it once it detects the usb device at boot, it automatically changes the sequence...... as evidenced by a subsequent visit to the Bios...

PC will not boot if USB flash drive/HD is connected at time of boot. Any type of usb drive, dvd, ram stick, hdd, will cause it to boot on the usb item and it's driving me nuts, can't leave anything...
