I keep getting pixels on my TV. I am wondering if it's the TV, or cable box or the network as it happens only on ABC. It does not happen on the TV in another room . Should I buy a new TV?

I am not quite ready so I will save this post and will let you know.

Don't know if I'm in the right forum but does anyone know how to open a sig file. I have many pictures in my documents all with a sig file and I cannot open them.

Tried repairing IE9.. no success but from there I was told how to uninstall IE9 and that did it. I now have IE8 and am able to print. Thank you so much.

That did not correct the problem.. These files were all built with Print Shop. They can be opened in Print shop, I have a folder in My Documents that I named Projects. and that is where I store...

I never heard of Moxy .............Some of my pictures also have a blue square with what looks like a quotation mark in the square.. Another thing, The pictures in Photo Gallery are not affected.
