Thanks much. Found ptsnoop in the Registry. Deleted it and I get no error messages when I boot up.
Now I will go back and delete programs one at a time and clean up my strart list....

Used Add/Remove to get rid of some unwanted games.
Went to Startup to uncheck programs that I did not want to start up.
