Unfortunately we can't copy the text into such a translator. We can change it to a text file and could in theory copy it from there but we'd have to do so much editing to get...

I downloaded a thirty day trial of jv16 and it has been good.
I also downloaded Window Washer which managed to find files that jv16 hadn't found. It would appear that perhaps jv16 doesn't...

I have Windows 2000 and Outlook 2000 and mine doesn't default to the My Documents folder...
I've never told it what to do but it looks as though it defaults to the last folder I saved anything to.

Thanks Anarchy - I suggested this but he couldn't find a way to do it. The boot sequence doesn't get very far before it fails so he can't find a 'boot in safe mode' option.
Any idea how to tell...

Presumably you are also reconnecting to the internet when trying to download the patches. Can you disconnect completely and get somebody to write the patches onto CD for you? Then you can delete...
